Sheeltron Digital Systems Pvt. Ltd. ("Sheeltron", "we", "us") is an IT infrastructure company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This policy covers the website sheeltron.com and the forms on it. If you have any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].
Information you give us
We collect personal information only when you choose to submit one of the forms on this site:
- Contact form (Contact page) — your name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry topic, region, and message.
- E-waste enquiry form (E-Waste page) — your name, phone number, email address, and remarks.
- Career application form (Careers page) — your name, phone number, email address, years of experience, expected salary, the role you are applying for, and your CV file (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB).
Browsing the site does not require you to give us any personal information.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to us as email — contact and e-waste enquiries go to our enquiry and e-waste teams, and career applications (with the attached CV) go to our recruitment mailbox. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange e-waste collection or quotation, or evaluate your job application. The website itself does not store your submissions in a database.
Service providers we rely on
- Resend — the email delivery service that transmits form submissions from the website to our mailboxes.
- Zoho Mail — hosts the Sheeltron mailboxes where your submission arrives and is read.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website, and may process technical data such as your IP address for security and performance (for example, blocking malicious traffic).
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are served by Google, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
These providers process data on our behalf to run the website and deliver your messages. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This site loads Google Tag Manager and the Google Ads tag, which Google uses to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, recognising when a visit follows one of our ads). These services may set cookies and collect device and usage information as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
You can control this in two ways: adjust your ad personalisation preferences at Google Ads Settings, or block and delete cookies through your browser settings. The site remains fully usable with cookies blocked.
How long we keep your information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle and follow up on your enquiry and to maintain normal business records. CVs and application details are kept for the duration of the recruitment process for the role concerned; if you would like your application deleted earlier, tell us and we will remove it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information of yours we hold,
- correct information that is inaccurate, or
- delete information you previously submitted.
Send any such request to [email protected] from the email address you used on the form, so we can verify the request is yours. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site collects or uses personal information — for example, by adding a new form or analytics service — we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
